InspiredAge was created by Nige Howarth, whose pioneering work in e-learning included 23 years with Thomson Learning’s NETg, where he held a number of senior management positions and was responsible for global marketing and product and customer service strategies.

Frequently quoted in the training industry press and a regular conference speaker, he has conducted many in-depth audits of learning and development programmes, and undertaken consulting assignments on effective learning and the impact of technology-based training on organisations and individuals.

He works with many organisations in the learning & development field on their sales, marketing and business development strategies.

Nige Howarth is a Fellow of the Institute of IT Training, a Fellow of The British Institute for Learning & Development, member of the Institute of Management, a chair at the annual Learning Technologies conference and a recent Committee member of the e-learning Network.
